3 Effective Ways to Exercise Your Vaginal Walls

Popular

Are you forgetting to exercise the most important muscle in your body? Those in your vaginal walls? No matter how much time you spend honing those biceps or abs, they aren’t as important to adult play as your vagina and its walls are. That’s why we have compiled these 3 vaginal wall practices to get you ready for any bedroom shenanigans.

1. Kegel Exercises

The most important muscles you need to build in and around your vagina are those related to your pelvic floor. And the easiest way to exercise those is through kegel exercises. Pelvic floor muscles are the ones that are activated when you stop your urine midflow. Follow the steps below to exercise them:

  • Empty your bladder completely
  • Isolate your pelvic floor muscles (pretend like you are stopping the flow of urine or you could insert a finger into your vagina to feel those muscles)
  • Contract the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10
  • Relax for 10 seconds
  • Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day

Your vagina and the muscles around it might feel sore the first time you do these exercises, but that’s just a sign that it’s working. Do as much as you can and build up the 10 repetitions 5 times a day.

2. Ben Wa Balls

You have probably heard of these Ben Wa balls before, also known as Kegel balls. Basically, these are small weighted balls that you can insert into your vagina and then do pelvic contractions and kegel exercises with the balls inside you. They will help you exercise your vaginal walls. They can be made of metal or plastic with metal ball bearings inside to provide weight.

If you are having a hard time isolating the pelvic floor muscles on your own, using these Ben Wa balls might help make the process easier.

3. Exercise Your Glutes

Your pelvic floor and vagina are crisscrossed with an intricate system of muscles, a lot of which are connected to your glutes, your abs, and your thighs. It’s hard to isolate the effects of one from the other. If you wish to have a stronger and tighter vagina, then practicing squats correctly and strengthening your glutes is a great way to contribute to that.

Don’t forget to have your feet hip-width apart and don’t ever let your knees go beyond your feet. Sit back as if into a chair and feel the burn.

Strengthen Your Vaginal Walls and Your Sex Life Will Thank You

Of course, having a strong vagina and vaginal walls doesn’t only result in a great sex life. It’s also necessary to prevent urinary incontinence and other issues that crop up as you get older. Keep exercising that vagina and notice your feminine power grow as you stay strong and healthy in the years to come.
